Three Pillars works across the north and central Cotswolds, along with Cheltenham and Cirencester.
We deliberately serve a focused area rather than spreading thinly across the county, which means jobs stay properly supervised and we can return quickly if anything needs attention after completion.
Below are the towns and villages we work in most regularly.
Stow-on-the-Wold
Our home town. Stow's market square and surrounding lanes are dominated by Cotswold stone with painted timber windows, doors and shopfronts, much of it listed. We handle interior and exterior work throughout Stow, Maugersbury, Broadwell, Oddington and Icomb. Being local means we can call in for a quotation quickly and return for small snagging jobs without it becoming a project in itself.
Bourton-on-the-Water
Bourton properties take a hammering from footfall, weather and river proximity, particularly on ground-floor exteriors and anything facing the Windrush. We work on cottages along the High Street and Sherborne Street, and on the wider residential streets and holiday lets around Rissington Road. Holiday let owners in Bourton often need work turned around between bookings, and we schedule around that rather than against it. We also cover Little Rissington, Great Rissington and Clapton-on-the-Hill.
Moreton-in-Marsh
Moreton has a broader mix than most Cotswold towns, with the wide High Street frontages sitting alongside significant post-war and modern housing. That means we move between careful heritage work on the older stone properties and straightforward efficient redecoration on newer homes, and the approach and pricing differ accordingly. We also serve Batsford, Bourton-on-the-Hill, Blockley, Longborough and Todenham.
Chipping Campden
Campden has some of the strictest conservation constraints in the region, and a high concentration of listed buildings along the High Street and Sheep Street. Exterior colour choices and material specification are not open questions here, they are governed. We work within those requirements, using breathable and traditional finishes where the building demands it. We also cover Broad Campden, Mickleton, Ebrington and Weston-sub-Edge.
Cheltenham
Cheltenham is our largest working market outside the immediate Cotswold towns, covering Regency, Georgian and Victorian stock across Montpellier, Tivoli, Pittville, Prestbury and Charlton Kings. See our dedicated Cheltenham page for full details of the work we do there.
Cirencester
We cover Cirencester and its surrounding villages, with a heavy weighting toward renovation and pre-move-in redecoration on Georgian townhouses and period property. See our dedicated Cirencester page for more.
